The Project Coordinator is a key member of the Channel team. This exciting role is responsible for supporting key project delivery, supporting business adoption of project governance and providing administrative support and assurance activities for the Lotteries and Keno business capital projects.
What you’ll do
- Provide overall support to the business project team within Channel
- Represent Channel for all project aspects and ensure delivery execution is achieved
- Supporting project workshops and documenting outputs
- Monitoring business-funded projects to ensure compliance to governance standards
- Supporting the L&K-business adoption of project governance standards
- Managing small projects as directed by the General Manager Channel Strategy
- Support Finance Business Partners with capital spend forecasts, reporting and status updates
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Register as required
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in business, administration or project management, and or relevant practical experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively
