Could this be one of those rare opportunities to get your foot in the door with an amazing company and progress your performance marketing career like never before?

The Lottery Corporation is Australia’s largest lottery company offering exciting games that deliver life-changing wins to customers and make a meaningful difference in the community.

While we’re a new company, we’re an experienced team. For more than a century, we’ve been playing our role in making a better future by delivering winning moments every day to our people, our customers, retailers, partners and our community.

Join the winning team today!

About the Role:

This is a role where you will genuinely have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by some of the best performance marketing people in the industry! As an entry level role, you will gain exposure across the breadth of our performance marketing operations, so we’re looking for someone who has a real passion for finding out how things work and has an analytical and detail-oriented nature. You’ll have an interest in marketing and technology, and ideally know what “performance marketing is” (or at least Googled it and thought it sounded like something you’d want to be a part of long term!).

What you’ll do

  • Support our passionate team, in any way they may need. You won’t always wait for direction; you’ll see where help is needed and move swiftly.
  • Work with stakeholders in the team to accurately reconcile invoices and accruals, and other end of month tasks.
  • Help schedule digital content for our retail business sites and ensure accuracy of all that content
  • Learn how to contextualise, plan and activate performance marketing channels and campaigns.

What you’ll bring

  • An eye for detail – you’re someone who doesn’t miss a beat, because as industry leaders everything we do is done with care and consideration.
  • A positive attitude (especially when working to tight deadlines). We work at a pace, so you’ll have to keep up!
  • An ability to problem solve and prioritise your tasks (which is a problem solving exercise in itself).
  • Relevant qualifications such as Business, Marketing, or relevant data and technology fields would be ideal, though we understand there are some things you can’t learn from books – so it’s not a must have.
  • Ability to critically analyse current practices and identify areas for improvement.

What you’ll get

Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, the benefits of working with us are pretty good too!

The list is extensive but here are a few:

  • A “say yes” approach to flexible working to meet your individual needs
  • A multitude of leave types such cultural leave, volunteer leave and 18 weeks’ parental leave for all new parents, regardless of gender
  • We’re committed to Inclusion & Diversity with a range of initiatives such as our Gender Affirmation Statement of Support
  • We’re committed to your learning and development with a dedicated platform with helpful resources from leadership to technology to upskill and cross train
